There is nothing more fun than receiving a special piece of jewelry that is made especially for you. Because I work as an independent goldsmith, I keep a small stock. The jewelry is only made when I receive your order. So I do need the time to devote attention and care to this.
The average delivery time of the jewelry is three to five weeks, unless otherwise stated.

The packages are sent via PostNL. You will of course receive a track and trace code with which the package can be followed. It is possible to send the packages by registered mail. You can click on this option at the check-out, but this is at an additional cost. Orders above €500,- are sent by registered mail as standard without this additional cost.

Would you rather not have your order shipped? It is also possible to pick up the jewelry in the studio.

It is always possible that the jewelry you have chosen is not exactly what you had in mind. The jewelry can be exchanged within 14 days if it is unworn and in the original packaging. The shipping costs for returning are at your own expense.
If a ring is not the right size, it is possible to have it altered once free of charge within two months of your purchase.

Jewelry that is personally designed cannot be exchanged or returned.
